We may process identification and contact details, encrypted credentials, professional profile data, company, position, sector, location, profile image, ratings, comments, recommendations, security logs, session data and communications with the service.

- Creating, authenticating and administering accounts: performance of the service agreement.
- Publishing profiles and managing ratings: performance of the requested service.
- Security, fraud prevention and incident investigation: legitimate interest and legal obligations.
- Service notices and password recovery: performance of the service.
- Commercial messages, if introduced: prior consent.
4. Public profiles and ratings
Profile information, ratings and comments configured as public may be visible to other users. Do not publish sensitive, confidential or third-party data without a valid legal basis.
5. Retention
Data is retained while the account remains active and, after closure, blocked for the statutory limitation periods. Security logs and backups are retained only for proportionate periods.
6. Recipients and international transfers
Data is not sold. Necessary hosting, email, backup and technical support providers may process it under appropriate agreements. Authorities may receive data where legally required. International transfers will use a valid GDPR mechanism.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent, by writing to privacy@rankmegood.me. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority.
